Terrible service. I visited based on a friend’s recommendation and felt completely scammed. Avoid Masseuse Amy at all costs. She scheduled me for 3:30 PM but booked another appointment at 4:00 PM. It was too late by the time I paid. It seemed like they thought I was an easy target. Worst of all, Amy tried to claim I had been there for an hour, and when that failed, she pushed for a more expensive package to free herself up for the next appointment. The reception could only apologize. This place exhibits nothing but greed and dishonest practices. Stay away.
I booked a massage at this spa, and Coco’s massage and ear scooping skills were excellent, along with a very good service attitude. I will definitely visit again.
visited the spa a few weeks back and had a session with Coco. She’s a talented therapist, and I felt fully relaxed after our one-hour session. She effectively addressed my aches and pains, helping alleviate my fatigue. It’s great that each room comes with its own shower. The service is top-notch, deserving of 5 stars, but I’m giving 4 stars due to the ambiance. The place could use a bit of a revamp.
