“Went there last week after basketball practice, looking to ease my muscles and recover from the soreness. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The Vietnamese masseuse wasn’t able to give a proper massage and had communication issues.
Additionally, I noticed several cockroaches in the room and around the toilet area. Curious, I peeked and saw they were cooking with the back of the shop open, likely attracting the cockroaches.
I won’t be returning.”

Lisa, the receptionist, assisted me with patience and was very helpful with my requests. Baby, the masseuse who worked on me, also has excellent massage skills. Overall, I’m really pleased with my experience at Spa Ville.
Whenever I’m feeling sore and stressed from work, I book an appointment with Baby. She’s courteous and kind. During the massage, she frequently checks if the pressure is just right or if I need more. Her massages are so relaxing that I often fall asleep. Baby’s skills are highly professional, and time just seems to fly by. Please support her, and a big thank you to Baby for all her effort.
