Had a good massage session here, and Gina did a great job. I managed to relax during the session and slept well afterward.

I visited here two months ago and had a good massage from the masseur Ruby!

I paid for a 90-minute full-body oil massage but received only 40 minutes of oil massage on my back, buttocks, and the back of my legs, followed by 30 minutes of non-oil massage (20 minutes on my head and about 10 minutes on my back). This left a 20-minute deficit where I received no massage at all.

There was no one at the reception when my massage finished. I’ve sent a complaint via WhatsApp and will update this review based on their response and how they handle the situation.

The massage I did receive was average; the pressure was light despite my preference for a strong massage.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

I hoped to have the same positive massage experience that many reviewers here shared, but unfortunately, I didn’t. The skills of the masseuse assigned to me lacked both technique and the intent to heal. It wasn’t a full-body massage as only specific areas were repeatedly kneaded without much attention to detail. I found myself having to direct her, which prevented me from relaxing. For a 90-minute hot oil massage, only a small part of my back was massaged, excluding the front of my body and head, and only a minimal amount of oil was used. It might be different with another masseuse, but I’m unsure if I’ll return. I brought this up with the receptionist and was told that most customers prefer just a back massage, which implies I should have specified if I wanted a full-body massage including the front and head. However, a full-body massage should inherently include all areas unless specified otherwise. The only positive note was that my sister had a great experience with her therapist, who performed a thorough massage from head to toe without any need for instructions, which was truly worth it. Unfortunately, my experience felt like a waste of $132.

I’ve visited this place multiple times. Initially, they were very professional and provided proper massages.

However, over time, it seems the focus has shifted. The therapists have become more money-minded, concentrating on upselling special services rather than providing a quality massage. If you decline these special services, the quality of the massage noticeably drops.

Visited Soul Massage today. The receptionist was very helpful in explaining the services available. The masseuse was attentive throughout the entire massage process. Will return again.

Have return to the place twice for 90 minutes session each time. Therapist was Gina. She pretty and chatty, and makes effort to connect and make you comfortable. Really had a relaxing and refreshing session. Would highly recommends if you don’t know who to look out for.

Chanel is much recommended! She’s great and attentive. Came 1st time and was very happy with my massage, though sound proofing wasn’t really the best but the massage itself just made everything worth it! Full body massages can make you tired and drowsy, but this was refreshing, and all your knots just go away. First time trying Chinese style massage as well, will come again:)
