It’s a decent spot for a nice massage.
Thanks for the good service. I guess experiences can vary, but the masseuse I had was great at finding pressure points. I came out feeling refreshed.
I visited this spa when it first opened, and the full body massage was priced at $58. Returning today, I was told that for a full body massage, I needed to opt for the Swedish therapy at $88, as the $58 now only covers the back—something not mentioned on their website. I paid $88, but the service I received was far from a Swedish massage. The therapist, Nana, only applied oil to my back and the backs of my legs, conducting the rest of the massage with a rough linen that left me with rug burn. The massage felt disjointed and ended abruptly, lacking the smooth flow expected from a professional Swedish massage. Additionally, the massage bed squeaked throughout the session, and the overall quality of the materials, from the linen to the oil, was substandard.
After expressing my dissatisfaction to the front desk manager, Pei Ling, who provided excellent customer service, she issued a refund, charging me the original $58 rate and apologized, promising to inform her boss. Despite her good service, I do not recommend this place based on the overall experience.
