The spa therapist recommended at the counter, Tammy, was wonderful. She’s friendly and managed to ease the soreness in my neck and shoulders. I’ll definitely return and ask for Tammy again.
Christy was fantastic. Her massage skills are just right, and I really appreciated how she occasionally checked in to ask if the pressure was okay, even warning me if it might cause a bit of pain. I strongly recommend Christy to anyone visiting this spot.
“I was really let down by the service at the front desk today – it was unwelcoming and felt rude. 😡 However, I wouldn’t write off Passion Spa entirely because the therapist, Alicia, was actually quite good despite being new to the field. She was friendly and easy to chat with, though my neck and upper back issues remain unresolved.
I’ll need to look for a therapist with techniques better suited to my needs. Still, Alicia’s massage did help me feel more relaxed afterwards.”
The massage was both ineffective and overpriced. It didn’t justify the cost at all.
Terrible experience with a very poor quality massage. It was so ineffective, I barely felt any difference – definitely not recommended for anyone with actual body pain. It seems they prioritize the appearance of their therapists over their skills, possibly catering to those seeking a “happy ending” rather than a genuine therapeutic massage.
I won’t be returning. This was my second visit after a long break, and while my first experience was enjoyable, this time was disappointing. The person at the desk repeatedly tried to get me to sign up for a 1.5-hour session even though I clearly stated I only wanted 1 hour. Also, I was uncomfortable with them taking pictures of me as I entered. Overall, a negative experience.
