Right on Middle Road, Palace Spa stands out as a top pick for those looking to refresh both mind and body in the busy vibe of Singapore. It’s all about first-rate, all-around massage services here, making sure every guest feels well looked after from the start. The warm, friendly feel and expert massage skills make it a favorite place for a pick-me-up.
Great oil massage, excellent technique, fantastic results 💯
It depends on what type of service you’re seeking. The place is clean and new, but they offer services I’m not interested in, like happy endings, which I made clear to the counter. There are better spas like Natureland and others in the area.
It’s better to find a different spa. We couldn’t get an appointment at Natureland, so we tried this place, but I regret it. The communication was terrible, the massage wasn’t good, and it definitely wasn’t worth what we paid. We were all put in one room as requested, but the masseuses didn’t stop talking the entire time…
Worst spa experience I’ve had—they kept using their elbows and knees with too much body weight, which really hurt my back. They also kept asking if I wanted extra services!!!
Worst spa experience in Singapore… Three of us went for a foot massage expecting to be seated together. After paying, they informed us that we couldn’t sit together. When we requested a refund, they refused. They placed one simple chair in a room with two beds for our 45-minute massage, which was very subpar. Communication was difficult as they had limited English, especially when we asked for more pressure. The masseurs kept talking to each other. The prices are higher than at Natureland, so I wouldn’t recommend it. The only positive aspect is that the place seemed clean.
I tried the 2-hour Turkish bubble massage, and it was the most enjoyable bubble massage I’ve ever had. The therapist skillfully combined the bubble massage with hot stones, which was a perfect mix for me. The warmth of the hot stones paired with the soothing bubbles made for an ideal combination. I’ll definitely return for another session.
I’ve visited this spa several times and highly recommend a massage therapist named Rose. She’s very professional and makes sure to check with the customer about the pressure level for their comfort as she works on different parts of the body.
Recently, I’ve been really worn out from work and new workout routines aimed at losing weight. I needed a relaxing but effective massage, so I decided to try this spa on a business partner’s recommendation. I went for 3 sessions of deep tissue therapy. The experience lived up to the high praise. The spa has a great environment, good shower facilities, and offers privacy.
