The massage was perfectly balanced, not too soft and not too hard—definitely worth going back. Highly recommend!

The masseur was inexperienced, and during my basic massage, kept pushing for an upgrade to a more expensive option. When I declined, it felt like the masseur just wanted to rush through the rest of the session, using very little strength even after I asked for more pressure. I highly do not recommend this place. Try at your own risk.

The atmosphere felt more like a busy social gathering than a spa. A few staff members were talking and laughing loudly in Vietnamese at the counter during my massage. I paid for relaxation, not to listen to people talk and laugh. A spa is supposed to be a quiet and soothing place. Please consider making improvements to enhance the tranquility of your spa.

Ruby has strong hands, which are great for lower back pains. The hot oil massage was already quite pricey, and they still asked for tips at the end, which was a bit much considering the cost. It would be better if everything were included in the price, especially since it’s the most expensive out of the three types of body massages they offer. Also, there was a bit of noise from outside during the session.

Jolie was my therapist, and she’s excellent at massage, using just the right strength to relieve all my aching areas. I also tried her cupping therapy, which was comfortable, and I felt lighter after the treatment. Thank you, Jolie! I highly recommend her and will definitely return.

She was friendly and chatty, making the session enjoyable. Jolie demonstrated excellent service attitude and provided the full hour of massage as promised.
