I was visiting Singapore, recently when an ex colleague of mine, recommended me to go to Kyoto Spa at Binjai Park for a massage session.
I was assigned a Ms Judy for the massage.
At the end of the session, I must say that I was very happy and impressed by Ms Judy’s efforts and good massaging skills. This is despite the communication problems we encountered that day. I am Japanese, could speak sufficient English, but Ms Judy could hardly speak English properly.
However, she was all attentive to my request to concentrate on certain areas of my body, mainly by gestures and hand signs.
I am quite impressed not only by her effective strength and accuracy in locating the acupoints in massaging, accompanied by her cheerful and courteous smiles throughout the session, but more by her taking instructions from me and very diligent and accommodating efforts, resulting in satisfying and much relieve to my aches and pains.
I also felt very relaxed and comfortable, with the nice decor, ambience where the Spa is set in good surroundings.
Sincerely,
Y. Itoh (Kagoshima, Japan)
Very discreet spa, located inside a samll neighbourhood . Park my car out side private house, which is good bcos is free. Went in and quite impressed by the nice ambience. My therapist is Nana, she is young and from vietnam. Very friendly and skillful. overall is very good session. Definitely coming back again.
Nice cosy spa . My regular therapist is rose . She is pretty and friendly . Strongly recommend.
Went with a friend after having dinner at nearby coffeeshop . I was serve by Angela . The massage is good n relaxing . The place is clean and spacious .
Quality has declined.
Terrible experience! It wasn’t even a proper massage, just someone applying oil to my back, and that’s about it. Plus, the staff at the counter were constantly pushing sales. I strongly advise against going here.
I ended up waiting 15 minutes beyond my appointment time, even though I arrived when I was supposed to. The massage felt uneven; the way the masseuse worked on the left and right sides of my back, and my legs, didn’t match. It seemed like there was no real technique used.
The room was clean and the staff were nice. I just wished the massage was better. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either. Gentle rubbing with oil isn’t what I was hoping for in a massage. Perhaps I should’ve asked for a firmer touch. Better luck next time.
Had a poor massage experience, possibly the worst I’ve ever had, leaving me with muscle pain for two days so far. The masseuse’s technique was really bad. I’m hoping my muscle soreness will go away within a week.
I had a pleasant experience during my first visit. The massage quality exactly met my expectations, and the therapist paid close attention to the areas I was concerned about. She was also very courteous. I’ll definitely return in the future.
Tried their hot stone massage for the first time. It was really relaxing and a positive experience. The massage room was neat and clean. Definitely planning to return.
