Pay for 2hr aroma massage but later charge extra because they said they offer lymphatic massage during the session which I didn’t requested for it. A rip off from old time customer for 8 years and staffs have changed.

If you’re into very light, surface-level massages, this is the place. Expect to be drenched in low-quality oil and possibly experience an elbow jabbing into your back ribs—painful and pointless.

Truly terrible, with a clear lack of massage expertise, and for what they offer, it’s costly.

My shoulder was hurt during the massage. What was supposed to be a $60 session turned into a $700 ordeal with a chiropractor and doctor for strong anti-inflammatory treatment. A week of discomfort and it’s still not resolved…

Couple massages aren’t recommended. My husband and I experienced the staff constantly chatting among themselves, which was distracting and far from relaxing—lacking professionalism.

The massage is worth every cent. With the 90-minute massage, you also get a free ear candling or body scrub. The masseuses speak enough English for you to communicate what kind of massage you want. Highly recommended, and I plan to return.

The staff, especially the receptionist, provided poor and unenthusiastic service. As a first-time visitor to the spa, the counter staff failed to clearly explain the different massage packages available, leading to a choice of the wrong package and a waste of time. Despite knowing I was a first-time customer and asking me to register, they didn’t bother to introduce me to the spa menu, assuming I was already familiar with it. I was disappointed with the lackluster service, which made me feel unimportant and undervalued as a new customer.

XiaoXiao is very detailed and professional, regularly asking about the pressure and areas to concentrate on. She strikes a perfect balance between the intensity of Tuina (推拿) and the soothing effect of oil massages. The staff are all welcoming. Definitely worth another visit, especially considering the reasonable prices.

I had an excellent massage with Amy. She had a great sense of where to apply pressure to release the knots. It was particularly helpful that she communicates well in both English and Chinese. The massage was great, the price reasonable, and I’ll definitely return.👍

They advertised a full body massage but then demanded extra payment for massaging the lower body. They kept trying to upsell me to a more expensive massage. Complete rip-off!

I always anticipate my massage and scraping sessions here. They’ve been really helpful for my migraines. The massages target pressure points skillfully, so it might not be for everyone, especially if you’re not used to massages focused on meridian points. However, if you enjoy Chinese-style massages like I do, this place is wonderful. The prices are quite fair as well.

The massage was okay, but the service was terrible! It seems the woman who might be the owner charges too much and isn’t great at customer service. They do have a shower available. I won’t be going back.
