I had a great first time getting a massage at Fave Spa. I really enjoyed it. My therapist, Zara, knew exactly how to apply pressure for a deep tissue massage. She was very skilled, and I liked it a lot. The spa was clean and calm, making the entire massage session enjoyable. I’ll definitely return for another massage.
Today was my first appointment, and it was a wonderful experience. It was so relaxing, and I felt much better after the massage. I got the favorite massage, but I’m not certain who the therapist was. However, her techniques were impressive. Thank you for the fantastic experience 😊😊
This was a disappointing experience. My spouse and I spent a significant $180, expecting relief, but it was clear the therapists lacked basic massage skills. We both left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. I advise against visiting this center to save yourself money and disappointment. Additionally, I had booked and paid for a full hour, yet the session ended almost 20 minutes early. Specifically, Nina, who attended to me, and the therapist who worked with my spouse, fell short of expectations.
“The ear cleaning service was very good, with Nina handling it. She’s really friendly and has an energetic personality. However, there was an attempt to assign me a different therapist for the treatment. While I don’t usually mind who I get, I prefer someone around my age for better communication and comfort. The initial therapist became upset when I expressed my preference, emphasizing that I was only there for an ear cleaning, not a full body massage, and questioning my request for a younger therapist – a major concern for me. This led me to consider asking for a refund and leaving.
Also, there’s a 3% surcharge for non-cash payments, which was a first for me at any beauty/wellness salon in Singapore.”
